“I have a passion for languages and a particular passion for Russian and other Slavic languages. I chose Russian because I spent a few summers in Crimea on archaeological excavations and met lots of fascinating Russian and Ukrainian people. I love the feeling that through my language and culture studies I am getting a tiny step closer to understanding the Russian psyche, language and culture.
After my Graduate Diploma I’m considering study in the field of cultural heritage management or perhaps language translation. Ultimately, I would like to pursue a career that combines archaeology and language translation.
