Research Student Reference Group
Terms of Reference
The Research Reference Group is the primary avenue for feedback from the research higher degree student body to the Associate Dean (Research). It is also a means of disseminating information from Faculty to research students in the schools of each of the representatives.
Membership
The Research Reference Group is constituted as follows:
- The Associate Dean (Research) or nominee
- The Manager (Arts Research) or nominee
- At least one representative from each School. This representative will be a currently enrolled research higher degree student.

Meetings
- The Associate Dean (Research) will chair meetings.
- Meetings will be held twice every semester.
- Papers for the meetings will, so far as possible, be circulated one week before each meeting.
- Where a member of the Reference Group is unable to attend a meeting s/he should send another student representative from the school
- Outcomes and recommendations of the Research Reference Group meetings will be reported at the next meeting of the Research and Research Training Committee
